Send pressWhere we operate: regional network at a glance
Hello Logistics serves growing teams and established SME operators across South Africa with a focus on last-mile delivery and collection support. Our main hubs are currently based in Germiston (Gauteng), Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha and Bloemfontein. Every hub is staffed by local team members who know their city’s roads, weather patterns and industrial areas, making communication easier for dispatch and ops teams.
We provide collection, sorting and handover services from these regional hubs, helping small and medium enterprises in metros and outlying towns avoid the need for a full internal 3PL function. Regional hubs are selected for reliable access and are routinely maintained for load-shedding contingencies, including backup power and safe off-road parking to support quick turnarounds, even during busy seasons.
Movement volumes: cargo types and frequency
Most weeks, Hello Logistics handles a mixed profile of parcels, business equipment, raw materials and finished goods across the local manufacturing, trade supply and e-commerce sectors. Typical items moved include retail cartons, sealed drums, bagged stock, packed crates and boxed electronics, anything that fits in a light or medium commercial vehicle and is booked for same-city delivery or cross-province transfer.
Our Moves module keeps a clear record of load counts, item types and customer locations. While daily numbers can shift, most of our hubs handle multiple part-loads and consolidated runs each day, with volume peaking around planting season for agri clients and at mid-month for wholesale supply drops.
Lanes and coverage: where cargo travels
Hello Logistics operates predictable delivery and collection lanes, connecting our five hubs to core business districts, industrial parks and busy warehousing centres. Our main routes link Gauteng to Durban for port handovers, Cape Town to the Winelands and up the N1 to Bloemfontein, and Gqeberha to outlying Eastern Cape towns.
High-volume lanes are monitored to track capacity and transport timing, helping our operations team plan for delays due to provincial roadworks, heavy rain or security events. Local last-mile deliveries in metro areas rely on experienced operators who understand municipal traffic patterns and Highveld dust or coastal humidity challenges. For the latest details on established and new routes, see our Lanes and Updates pages.
How customers use our service
Most clients are small and medium-size businesses with a standing need for frequent point-to-point deliveries, urgent collections or customer handovers. You might be a manufacturer needing to get samples to a new distributor, or a wholesaler arranging delivery of fresh stock between Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. Some teams rely on us for dependable local runs in Cape Town or Durban when their own vehicles are tied up, while others use our regional drop-off and pick-up points for flexible collection outside of normal business hours.
Our projects include handling seasonal surges, co-ordinating bulk moves during industrial shutdown periods, and managing parcel handovers that need careful tracking for municipal paperwork. We work closely with each client’s ops or dispatch team, customising handoff instructions and supporting scheduling using our Checklists and regular Rhythms cycles.
