Service commitments and agreements
Hello Logistics arranges deliveries, collections, and handovers for South African SMEs through practical, message-confirmed agreements. Each service request is confirmed directly with your dispatch or operations team before any runs are made. Delivery schedules, collection times, and handover details are coordinated with your team through our contact form. Services are usually routed from our Germiston base at 2 Makro Place, Sunnyrock 1401, and are available to businesses in Gauteng and beyond.
We focus on working with teams that regularly move stock, parts, or equipment and do not offer once-off courier bookings to the public. All queries, service requests and changes must be sent through our contact form through our contact form. Please include your company name and the nature of your request to help us respond accurately.
How we handle personal and business information
We follow all local POPIA requirements when processing your data. Contact details, addresses, parcel info and operational notes are only used to organise and complete transport jobs for your business. Data is never sold or shared outside Hello Logistics or Astros Marketing, except when needed to deliver, collect or notify your team. Operators may need to call or send your team members directly to confirm bookings or sort out on-the-ground changes.
Our team keeps your delivery and contact records safely stored on secure South African systems. If you need details removed or corrected, please let us know by sending our contact form. For more about how we support growing teams, see friendly logistics for SME operations.
Deliveries, collections and delays
Most handovers and collections are handled directly by our Gauteng team, using vans and partners suited to urban, industrial, or regional runs. We plan for practical conditions, but load-shedding, strikes, rain, Highveld dust, or municipal delays can affect scheduled times. We always update your nominated operator through our contact form if any route, hub, or parcel faces a change or hold-up.
Delivery boundaries, packaging needs, and access requirements are discussed and confirmed upfront with each team. We cannot accept liability for parcels incorrectly packed, labelled, or handed to unverified parties. For team checklists and tips, visit operational guides and checklists.
Intellectual property and use of content
All content, service documents, and toolkits published by Hello Logistics and Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd are owned by us. You may view and share our operational checklists, guides, and delivery resources for use within your business, but they must not be copied for resale or published elsewhere without written permission.
Use of our scheduling tools, branding and service materials is only permitted for current clients with an active arrangement, confirmed through our contact form. Any unauthorised use may result in suspension of services and further action where needed. For more on our available toolkits, see moves and handover products.
Contact and complaints procedure
If your team needs to raise a dispute, make a complaint or request a service review, please use our contact form. All issues are handled directly by our Germiston management team. We aim to resolve most delivery complaints or missing parcel queries within a reasonable time, keeping your team updated throughout.
For media queries, partnership ideas or press questions, send us a message or visit press information. We do not currently offer walk-in customer support at the Sunnyrock address.
